Randy did a great job on my car I ask him if he could spray it off was so dirty from Road salt couldn’t even see out the widows . He also swept it out . Very much appreciated , very nice young man . Knows how to treat his customers .

I came to Dan Young because of a friend who bought a car there and had service work done. He was satisfied. Did not know of my problem so he did not recommend. I wanted a GMC dealership so I called Dan Young. Friendly and informative employee who got things started, made promises and completed ahead of promises. The only negative was looking at the prices charged. I was charged $150 labor to install a battery. A less than 15 minute job cost that much. I could have went to Auto Zone and had one of theirs installed free. Now I simply have to drive the vehicle to assess its performance and thus Dan Young’s service.

Would not give me a copy of service w/o until approved from service manager. W/O said they topped off DEF fluid, they did not !!! Manager said only allowed to add 1 jug. Again after telling him none was added because gauge was the same before service as after service. I just hope they change the oil and Oil Filter as stated on work order. I’ve had numerous of bad experiences with your service department in past years. Sorry to say, but honestly I don’t trust your service department.

Scheduled work was completed quickly and they even workied in an unscheduled oil change. So grateful Dan Young is in Tipton. I have always had great service.

It took too long to get parts , almost two months. Then I had to bring it back the next day to get the brakes bled

As I often say, Dan Young is customer focused. I would not begin to go to another dealership to purchase a car. The salesman that I work with, Joe Cottingham, is absolutely wonderful to work with. He is to be commended.
