As I often say, Dan Young is customer focused. I would not begin to go to another dealership to purchase a car. The salesman that I work with, Joe Cottingham, is absolutely wonderful to work with. He is to be commended.

Our vehicle was ready in just a few hours time and the cost was about half of what was estimated. The check out process was easy, and the service tech and cashier were both friendly and approachable.

I dropped my truck off for the first oil change and 2 recalls from GM. I called this morning about 8:45 to make sure it was ready since I live about 30 minutes away. That call went to voice mail and I left a message that I would wait on a call back to confirm the status before I headed that way in about an hour. I still hadn’t heard anything by 11:00 so I called in again. My calls were sent to voice mail so I called back 2 more times, for a total of 3 tries to reach a human, and all 3 tries went to different voice mails. This is unacceptable. Someone from service did actually call me about 5 minutes after my last try and was able to tell me that the truck was really ready to pick up. The service was fine, but the communication lag is totally unacceptable in my opinion. Rick Kruse. Side note: Normally when I have any of my vehicles serviced at a dealership they run them through a car wash. Apparently that is not done at this dealership
